Credit Card Sales:  Will be taken through PayPal. Internet orders, being placed  through my store are secure and instantaneous.  If you are uncomfortable ordering on-line, you can always call me at (850)926-4301. I do not keep your credit card on file, so every time you order, you will re-enter  your credit card info.   

Privacy:  Any information you send will remain private.
Spam:  When you send your order. I do save your e-mail address and will, on occasion, notify you of new one-of-a kind items.  The e-mails will be few and far between, however, if you wish to opt-out simply send an e-mail to me with the subject “opt-out” and I will remove you from the list.

Shipping Policy:  Items will be sent via UPS at the Ground rate.  If item is wanted sooner, Please contact me for additional shipping charges, the appropriate cost will be added.  Items will be double boxed and insured.

Refund Policy: I want you to be happy with my pottery and your purchasing experience.  If, for any reason, you do not like what you ordered, I will replace it or refund your purchase price (less shipping).  I will, however, provide you with a credit towards shipping on your next order.  All I ask you to do is contact me before you return anything, since I will not accept surprise packages.  Should a piece arrive broken, save all packing and call me immediately.
